Pekin Bantams are a very gentle breed and make good pets. They are good layers of small eggs, they are usually very broody which make Mums.
Lavender Pekins
They are the most popular colour in the UK. They are a pretty lavender grey colour.

Mottled Pekins
Both the hen and cockerel are jet black with white spots. Ideally there should be white at the tips of each feather, although varying degrees of mottling can be found. The black feathers shine a beetle-green tint in the sunlight, they are very pretty.

Welsummer
Welsummer Chickens originate from Holland. The breed arrived in England in 1928. They are excellent foragers making the most of their natural environment. They are very attractive birds especially the cockerels. They lay lovely large brown eggs. Please contact us as we will have birds and eggs for sale from time to time.
